Flat rate charged for jewellery sales - calculated at checkout.

HALLISON Studios typically uses Australia Post when sending jewellery pieces. For larger items such as artworks we may choose to use freighting options such as Federal Express, Pack & Send, DHL or Cope Transport. All items will be trackable and require a signature upon collection.

*we may, on occasion, be required to charge an additional fee for remote locations and would provide the customer with a quote for approval


RETURNS

We hope you will adore your haul from HALLISON Studios.

If you would like to discuss any aspects of your purchase please contact us at  di@hallison.com   

If you are wondering about returning your purchase we request that you email us to chat about this or other possible options (please note a refund, exchange or repair is only typically given if there is a major fault with the item and not for change of mind).  

If a return is agreed to we require the item be sent within 14 days from the date of 

purchase, be unused, in original packaging and condition, with a copy of the original receipt to:

Please email us when returning an item.

Please note the postage cost will be the responsibility of the sender. We recommend the 

package be registered and insured as any loss or damage will not be the fault of HALLISON Studios.

If the piece appears faulty we will remedy the problem as soon as possible by repairing, replacing or exchanging the item.

Some pieces may be deemed non-returnable such as commissioned items and those customised specifically for the client.

CURRENCY

All pricing is shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).  If a purchase is destined for a country outside of Australia the customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs inspections, etc that may be relevant for entry to that country. 

ORDERS  

The HALLISON Studios online store uses Format.com.  Online payments for purchases made on our site are done via Format.com and Paypal.

Upon placing your order a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email address. 

Once your order is complete and shipped you will receive an email containing your parcel's tracking details.

LEAD TIMES

HALLISON Studios seeks to create unique artworks and jewellery. The handmade nature of our art practice enriches each piece. Designs may show some variations and differences adding to their individuality. With this bespoke approach in mind please allow, on occasion, between 1 - 4 weeks for your order to be completed.

The delivery times for most purchases is between 2 - 10 business days.

If you have a specific time frame in mind please contact us at di@hallison.com so that we may accommodate your request.

PACKAGING

All jewellery pieces come complete with black, custom-embossed gift boxes. 

For the added security of your purchase we wrap your parcel in discrete external packaging. 

HALLISON Studios uses packaging in an environmentally sensitive manner.  We wrap with eco-friendly materials such as paper-filled padded bags, cardboard and paper and reclaimed materials eg. bubble wrap, post packs, packing foam and plywood.

JEWELLERY ALTERATIONS

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery purchase.  If your new 'jewels' require altering please contact us as soon as possible at di@hallison.com to discuss.  Most minor alternations will not incur a fee however if a piece requires a remake or extra materials such as sterling silver an additional fee may be necessary.  Postage to HALLISON Studios will be the responsibility of the customer therefore it may be more cost effective to consider using a jeweller local to your area for minor changes.
